Lazy Black Friday

Bit lazy/guilty today. Finished some work off this morning including the contract for my new client (yay!) then spent the rest of the day in town while Audrey was in nursery.

Had a few beauty treatments (dread to think what I spend in a year on this stuff) and a pootle round the shops. A jumper and skirt later (see Selfridges shop window display pic) I landed at All Star for a late lunch. Angus was mid-way through Black Friday, worst day of the year in hospitality, allegedly. He was pretty calm and collected, considering.

Drove the car back as he said he wanted a beer after work later. Audrey had hardly slept at nursery when I picked her up and was very clingy and cuddly. She's all mine now for two weeks and can't say I'm unhappy about that. Despite the freedom to roam round the shops etc. my best days are always with her these days. And Angus of course ;)
