Drizzly day so decided to do inside jobs. Did pop round to Bs to pay her for looking after the cats and collect my keys. Put a change of clothes in the car for book group, together with wine etc and drove down to the church hall to do a couple of hours of sorting food with L and A. We’ve had lots of donations which had all been crammed into the very damp garage , and the Christmas shoebox packing at the weekend had also left lots of things to sort out. Left there and got straight on the road to MK, driving through pretty heavy rain. Hadn't long got onto the A46 when I realised I had a puncture. Managed to get to a petrol station and pulled in. The people there were very kind and let me wait in their office for the recovery people. It took just over 2 hours for them to arrive, and by that time I just wanted to go home! I wouldn't have got to mk until gone 8 and would have been driving home 3 hours later. Was really disappointed to miss it though. Of course I intended to get my blip at book group and completely forgot whilst they were working on the car so here is an EB of the cats
