Chaos

Almost back to routine, a morning of admin I couldn’t quite work up to yesterday, a trip to Shawlands connected to the admin, an early lunch followed by yoga. All the usual classes are full and this was a new teacher, at least to me. A good workout which I took fairly gently, I just wish there hadn’t been music, it adds nothing and gets in the way of what was a good commentary.
 
I’ve ended the day with no blip so the jacket of this excellent book will have to suffice. I have been watching Fauda (Arabic for chaos) on Netflix for the last couple of months and I realised how little I knew about the complexity of the Israeli – Palestinian conflict. I’m not sure how much I’ve grasped but I am clearer why all the international efforts to restore peace have continually failed.
