At his best

A very late start to the day, I need to get back into some sort of purposeful activity tomorrow. 
An afternoon visit to see R and afterwards a short walk in Dams to Darnley country park. The mallards are at their most colourful in the run up to the mating season, this one was looking particularly emerald green.
One task accomplished was finding black beans in the massive Sainsburys close by, I’m keen to replicate rice and beans for a lunch later in the week, unfortunately the key ingredient Salsa Lizano is elusive so Worcestershire sauce will have to do.
