Party Time

Good to be back at Richard and Jackie’s for a coffee or two, a chat a tot of rum and some good company with good friends.
Then it was over to Truro for Sam and I, a deli sandwich for lunch before shopping and then home.
Mrs S and I were off to a birthday party and unsure what sort of food was being served we ate Spanish Stew before heading out, this would prove to be a mistake.

Mandy’s 60th at the Falmouth Hotel turned out to be great fun, each table had a large jar of either Liquorice All Sorts, Jelly Babies, Dolly Mixture or Jelly Beans and it wasn’t long before we were sampling some of each. A couple of beers and then the food was delivered, mini fish & chips, cocktail pasty’s, quiches etc. By 10:30 having had a couple more beers I was uncomfortably full a visit to the Photo Booth for a souvenir before heading home for a reasonably early night before Mrs S is up early for her day shift.
