I do love and cannot resist a ‘freebie’, £1.99 p&p for a razor with a £5 voucher off blades although it comes with one blade.
A leisurely morning, cooked breakfast, shower and a stroll down town for some cash.
Paddy and I then walked up from town directly to the rugby club where I had booked a table for myself and four of the guys from Epic.
Both international matches went pretty well as expected with England flattering to deceive again.
All incidental to one of the best afternoons I have had at the rugby club, Paddy relaxed and enjoyed being made a fuss of, for me the opportunity to relax with a few beers and a pasty with my friends. Not having to listen to non stop moaning about the club, the beer, the staff, the rugby or whatever made for a great afternoon. We should remember that there are a few people working hard to make that club better for the majority.
Wobbled home where I managed a sandwich before falling asleep until Mrs S arrived home.
