Perranporth

Went to Perranporth. Walked for an hour along the beach, playing ball at the same time. OMG I was totally, utterly and completely exhausted by the time I reached the end of the beach. One whole hour playing with my ball?................................. This photo was taken after 20 mins of ball playing when I needed a little cool down.

To be honest I thought I could keep going forever............................

Playing ball for an hour was too much for me so I just flopped down on the sand (see extras) and Ann had to use all her powers of persuasion to make me walk back to the car. That took about one and a half hours and would I give the ball to her? I would not!!!! I was scared if I did, she'd make me run again. I don't think I've ever been so exhausted in my life??!!

I gobbled up my dinner when I got home and now I'm flaked out on the sofa.

Mmmmmmmm........................ Ann's a bit exhausted too, but at least she's capable of watching Corrie at the same time as posting my BLIP.
