Mushrooms and gravy

I was going to have this with some patties that had been lurking in the fridge, only when I finally got to them a mould had started to form.

Plan B: I cut up some of the seaweed squares and scattered some sprouted lentils on them. Saved the day.

The gravy here is made with creamed cashews blended with some mooli, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and flax seeds.
