Pumpkin soup on a chilly day near Halloween

One of the least fussy soups - which makes it a treat.

Chop a quarter of a medium pumpkin, add something creamy like avocado or nut butter (which I did here), add some spices (fresh ginger & paprika in this case, but could be cloves, garlic, tumeric, chillie), a pinch of salt and whizz with water. Voila.
