Summer terrine with kale salad

Turned out to be a blazing day. When I went out to swim this morning it was only 11 deg. and the mist hung low over the water, could hardly see the buoys. Whereas this afternoon on the farm the temperature was as high as 25 deg. Weird.

For supper tonight, layers of tomatoe, basil, and savoury cashew cream atop a kale, red pepper and olive salad.
