Effortless supper: pasta alfredo

Alfredo was Spanish, apparently, and he created this classic white pasta sauce for his wife. Well, probably not like this raw version at all which is based on cashews and is both dairy and gluten free. There's thyme, garlic and lemon juice in there, and a few olives. The pasta is courgette, of course.
