Hi. My name is Guðný Pálína Sæmundsdóttir and I'm 59 years old. I live in Akureyri, a small town in Northern Iceland. I'm married and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. 

Photography is my main creative outlet. I've mainly been taking landscape- and macro pictures. In 2014 I finished a 356 days photography challenge, along with some other members of my photography club, and I'm rather pleased with myself for having finished that :) I tried again in 2017 and managed to do it until October. 

I'm also on flick'r and I have a personal blog written in Icelandic, but I also post a good deal of photos there.
