Jinglefest 2014

If I was an elf, I'd be in timeout right now. I had the chance to take a picture of Merrick and his parents...IN FRONT OF A REAL REINDEER!!

But, people were waiting, and I was rushing. My camera settings were probably not good, and the 2 pictures I took were awful. When will I ever get the chance to do that again. (Insert big sigh.)

Big crowd downtown for the parade and short fireworks show tonight. It was cold (30F), but could have been a lot worse. Merrick has all of a sudden decided he doesn't like fireworks. Too noisy. I don't know what we'll do with him on July 4th.

The people in the shot? From left to right...1. I don't know the trainer with the reindeer, but to me, she looks like a Patty. 2. Merrick and my daughter Karen. 3. My son Jeff, with girlfriend Heather, and Heather's mom Debbie.
