1st December , already

Somehow we've reached December and the first day of meteorological Winter. It's been a drab day, grey from start to finish such a difference from yesterday. Should be better tomorrow and the forecast says snow/sleet for Dingwall !
I had an appointment with Alison my rheumy Nurse today. You may remember I had an appointment with the consultant a few weeks ago but I was nt going to turn down an appointment. Surprise. Surprise my blood pressure was absolutely fine which was a relief . However my inflammatory markers were up to 20 , should be below 9, so not so good and there's definitely swelling in my knees so I'm off to see the Physio again and hopefully she'll take the fluid off my knee and inject with steroid. I'm going back on a DMARD ( disease modifying drug ) it gave me headaches before so I'll have to monitor it.
We went to Munros garden centre on the way home, I wanted some violas. Had a really tasty Cheese and bacon toastie and a cup of tea. The coffee shop is having an extension built on to make it much bigger which will make it a great place for a blipmeet :)
The violas did nt look too good , I'm having a job finding decent ones, but we did buy a couple of reindeer Tree decorations, a silver bell and a rustic light stand instead.
