All in a row
It was a very cold start to the day after a crystal clear night. The sun was shining though so after we defrosted the car we went in search of snow.
Most of the higher mountains were covered in snow ,heavy clouds still hung low.
At Udale bay geese were landing. Oyster catchers, curlew and lapwings huddled together and teal were bathing in the burn.
We drove down to Culbokie and noticed these rooks all lined up on the fence . There were plenty more in the field nosily eating the fallen grain.
We had a Christmas Party at Brownies tonight as a lot of the girls have their school Christmas concert at the same time next week. Felt really early to celebrate but the girls enjoyed it.
