Happy Halloween everyone!

Another day in Biarritz, and this one was 29 degrees! Walking through the Jardin Public, we saw a lot of activity with workmen decorating the trees and bushes for Halloween. There were posters around town advertising the terror which was to take place that evening, so we walked back on our way to dinner.
We found lots of well behaved mini witches and skeletons running around, there was a disco, and parents stood around chatting and taking photos of their little darlings with the pumpkins. It was wonderfully un-commercial, there were no side stalls selling fizzy drinks and burgers, and best of all nobody was trick or treating!
It was a lovely event put on by the town, and a focus for lots of families, we are really enjoying Biarritz.
