Cockleshell heroes

We took the aunts and uncle to see the Cockleshell heroes monument (operation Franklin) and Corcoran lighthouse on the coast at St George de Didonne, and then for lunch at the Cardinal de Mer. After lunch we had a drive up the coast as far as St Palais and the Grand Cote, where one of the aunts wandered off and had to be rounded up as she had gone down a path and was at the sea shore, almost out of view!
Our weather at the moment is sunny and warm, and 23 degrees!
