Biarritz

After an early start, the dogs were dropped off at kennels (they weren't happy about that) and I picked Mr Frenchtoast up at Bordeaux airport. He hadn't slept on his overnight flight from Mali so dozed for a couple of hours on the drive down to Biarritz.
Here's a photo of him swimming in the roof top pool before we had a hammam and relaxation massage in the spa.
Now we are relaxed and have had an apero at the bar on the rooftop while watching the sunset over the sea. I'm sure he will blip that photo when we get home, but my i phone wouldn't have done it justice.
The weather here is so warm and it feels just like we are on holiday, for the first time in a number of years.
