Autumn

Hi Tom

Autumn has very much arrived. Wet and windy with a few sunny spells today....perfect shopping and lunch day.

Haven't managed to get into the garden and attack the nettles this week. Hope I'll be able to tomorrow.

I went swimming tonight. I went to Becontree which is a bit far away really. Loved the session though. Just right for me. I wish I could find something like this a bit more local. I missed my Zumba to go but I can't do everything.
