New Bike

Hi Tom

It's here at last...my new bike. A bit different for me and I think I need some lessons on how to ride it. It has lots of gears and they change very differently to mine. I think I had better do a few laps of the paddock before I take to the road.

Now I need to work on the swimming, running and cycling and hopefully enter my first triathlon in the new year. It will take up a lot of time but hopefully I'll get some of it done during the day and it won't interfere with too much evening time. That's the problem doing so many things, you don't get much time to relax. This morning I extended my run after boot so I guess I've already started.

While I was out naughty Oscar chewed up a DVD that was lent to me. He jumped up on the table and took it. He will buy a replacement out of his pocket money.

Nothing much else on the cards today. A Tesco trip, nettle strimming and then off to work tonight......think I'll not do anything when I come home though.
