Brrrrrrrr....It's A Bit Cold!

Hi Tom,

I couldn't help but smile at this photo of you all huddled together at the match. You can see the snow coming down and Aodhan who is playing looks soaking wet. I noticed in the other photos that you sent all the other players had thermal long sleeves and gloves as well. It's hard to believe that we were there just a short while ago basking in 100 degrees. We have had some glorious weather for October recently, but all set to change from tomorrow. Not as bad as yours though.


Today I went to bootcamp first thing. I actually really like being up early. I did a short run after as well. When I came home I phoned Riverside and booked into a half hour abs class for lunchtime. I've never done a class there before, I only ever use the pool. I took a leaflet last time I was there and saw quite a few appealing classes. I thought I'd get there early as I'd never been before. Just as well I did. There was nowhere to park. There had been so many graduations going on in Chelmsford and it was chaos for parking. I was very lucky as someone moved and I shot in to the space.

Anyway I did the abs class which was great. Hard work but great. As I was about to leave the Zumba teacher who was doing a class after the abs asked if I was staying. Obviously I said no but she persuaded me to do it. Phew .....that was a very lively, hard working Zumba class. I think I've had enough exercise for the day.

I spent a nice couple of hours having tea with my friend tonight.....and relaxing. Hope you get the stand for your tv....good news about the money your being given....keep up the good work. X

I've done a cheat blip tonight...but I liked it.
