Oscar just wanted to say hello and wish you good luck for tomorrow. No doubt we will be trying to get all the stats live in the middle of the night. Hope you enjoy Seattle and can get out and about as it's one of your favourite places.

Didn't do too much today. I was on a mission to get some black boots after my best ones mysteriously disappeared. I did find some in the end.

Have started to lengthen my run in the mornings. I need to because I have my 10k in just 30 days...gulp! I felt quite good this morning though.
