Manchester

Started on Manchester this week properly.

This was the project my wife undertook during the summer that has final odds and jobs that need doing. Now I'm back, time for me to get properly involved. Want this house done so we can move on to the next one. One more, and we're onto our own home.

One of the small jobs is to get the chair rail on. Saves the walls being beaten up, and has a nice touch for the sort of people we want as renters.

Chair rail went up simply enough, just need to caulk it, put end pieces on, tidy up the paint, and that'll be finished and one step closer to done.
