Gurdwara

Having spent a very enjoyable day doing almost absolutely nothing, I thought I should get a breath of air. My goodness, it was cold. I only took my gloves off once for the briefest of blips, put them back on again sharp-ish and scurried back indoors.

This used to be St Thomas's Kirk but the congregation amalgamated with another and moved up the road, leaving this to become the Gurdwara for the Leith Sikh community for the last thirty years or more. If the photo was a bit sharper you would be able to make out the khanda symbol on top of the spire - it's bright gold in daylight.
