Ten pints!

Although virtue is supposed to be its own reward, it was a nice surprise to be given a wee badge for donating 10 pints of the red stuff to the Scottish Blood Transfusion Service over the last few years. (For Hancock fans, that's even more than an armful!)

And of course one always gets a cup of weak tea and a Tunnock's teacake.
