Wild garlic salad

More subtle than the cultivated clove, this leaf - which is abundant right now - is nonetheless distinctive and delicious. Add them to any salad raw, or use as a garnish to a cooked dish. They also make a great base for (or addition to) a pesto. Seen here with some sprouted beans, fennel, tomatoes and mushrooms.
