Manchester in the rain.

In the West Riding of Yorkshire we have traditionally had extra public holidays on the Tuesday after Easter and the Tuesdays after the Spring and August Bank Holidays. Not many employers still observe them but mine does and so does daughter no.2's.
So we took advantage and met in Manchester for shopping and lunch. Lovely :-)
This is a lovely bit of Victoriana that greeted me when I got off the train at Manchester Piccadilly.
