Gee thanks

Well here's an unexpected delight. We dangerous trade unionists don't spend all our time in tense negotiations. Sometimes we spend it on casework. Casework gives its own rewards but when I got back to the office (after some not very tense negotiations) I had received these from a grateful member :-).
