The sunshine before the rain

Lovely Em headed back to Somerset after breakfast and we did that other traditional bank holiday thing and headed for B&Q (DIY superstore - non UK blippers).
Bought various odds and ends and considering we only went for some hooks for the back of the bedroom and en suite doors spent a flippin fortune. Mainly though we bought a few bits for the garden and after lunch worked on developing a few new aches and pains with some weeding and planting up some pots for the new season. Boy have we let it get away while we have been busy.
And as the rain set in Mr EAnn is ripping up carpet on the stairs and landing ahead of the new one coming on Friday.
A relaxing bath next and out to eat. It's been a lovely weekend.
