Goosey, goosey -

I could have been fooled into thinking it was spring today and many of the birds and animals seemed to be acting that way too. A gorgeous morning. Little wind, no rain or frost, sunshine and well, still mud but all in all a fabulous morning to meet friends for a walk.

I usually do the early Thursday walk with the ladies and dogs but met up with Wendles56 and Helen and Corinthian Column, who had done the early walk too, instead.

We had a lovely walk and chat and finished up at Lady B' s cafe for coffee and toasted T cake.

I took a few different shots today as I went into the estate through a different entrance by the cricket and football field, but when we got to Coppice Pond my favourite goose was there, the Greylag and this lovely row of Canada Geese. Couldn't resist them!

Another weather warning on the lunchtime news, so back to winter tomorrow if not sooner!
