Pampered

'One street 27'

Had an early walk up on the moors this morning but there was nothing very remarkable about it except we had a new addition to our party; Betty the basset hound. She was being walked by someone else, not her owner, and had a great time getting muddy. Not sure what the owner will think when she gets home. I tried to take some pictures of her but,as ever with dogs, she didn't really keep still enough.

This afternoon I've been for a bit of pampering at our village beautician. A pedicure and manicure as we have a party tomorrow night and then two weeks of pantomime.

A few months ago the salon was decorated with colourful, bold tulips. Now she has adopted an Arts and Crafts look. Very pretty.

You can see the window reflected in the mirror decorated for Valentines Day. Beyond that is our village main street, Long Lane with the village school on the other side.
