Once again, I'm blipping a bird. I have other pictures of other things today, but this dang bluejay really caught my eye and won't let go... what's a girl to do?

I started physical therapy for my back pain today. It seems like a great place and I like their approach much better than the last place I went to. Here's hoping... I also started a diet. That's not so great; but it's all a matter of getting used to being sensible... I'm not usually very sensible. ;)
