Room with a View

It's a bit of a blustery day today, but I fancied a long walk, so wrapped myself in 'woolly things' and decided to go to Hampstead Heath.

I walked over to Kenwood House, which has had a recent £6 million revamp and looked very impressive inside. I'd have liked to have stayed for longer, but remembered to leave myself enough time to get back over the heath before it got dark, as it's easy to get lost on the heath in the daylight if you take the wrong path (as I often have!) A pair of those Clarks shoes with a compass in the sole would have come in handy!
