Stands at ease

They call it a Garden Centre, but the customers where I visited today were all in the indoor area, browsing the aisles of Christmas decorations, winking reindeers, scented candles, whisky marmalade and all the rest of the paraphernalia that is Christmas today. The outside area was very quiet, apart from sales assistants unloading pallets of Christmas trees. I was attracted by the patterns created by these Christmas tree stands.
I am not sure whether we will have a tree this year as the family won't be here but I am sure there will be decorations put up. But not yet.
I wasn't Christmas shopping today, but buying a present for my sister's significant birthday. She said she wanted something for the garden.
