Memories

I bought this little print block for Normous when he worked for Shell. It is tiny, just 1cm square.
This morning we were invited to coffee with three other former Shell men. Wives listened in amusement as the memories from as far back as the late fifties poured from them. "Do you remember old ...........? Or, "who was that bloke who ......? Sadly much of the conversation revolved around funerals but often these were seen as a grand reunion. Despite all these memories of people long gone, it was a very happy morning and they have agreed to meet again.
