Hello Baby!

My new lil lens turned up today. Couldn't really afford the 28-300L and although I've been offered to borrow one next year (which I might yet take up for a backup), I didn't want the sort of use I do to a lens that someone has kindly offered me.

So I opted for the slightly earlier version of the lens, Canon 35-350L. Slightly longer at the front, slightly longer at the back than the 28-300, which is kinda perfect for Stelvio. Next year I want to take some slightly different shots that the 15-85 didn't afford me.

Don't get me wrong, the 15-85 is a cracking lens, but I don't need the 15 as much as I need the 300 or 350. And most shots didn't come under 35mm. I'll still use the 15-85 on corner 18 though.
