Little Princess

Today we took a break from renovation issues to visit my mother in law. We took her very favorite eggplant parmigiana for lunch. Unfortunately she wasn't terribly interested in either the eggplant or us. She had a bingo tournament that she was getting ready for. We certainly understood the priority of things and took our leave.

We then did the next best thing to do on Labor Day when everyone is watching football games - we went shopping! It was a beautiful day to just wander around the outlet mall and window shop, although at times we did a bit more than window shop.

I felt fortunate to be able to take a number of good shots. But this little girl captured my heart. As her parents were shopping this little girl was outside running in a big circle singing "I'm a little princess. Don't you like me?". I found her enchanting. When I asked her name, she ran and hid behind her big sister. I waited for a few minutes to talk to her parents, but the little girl and her big sister ran away, off to play somewhere else.
