Day Lily

This Wednesday it was the turn of Houghton Hall to get a visit from us. I always dawdle through the clothing department after coffee so The Man had got ahead of me with the trolley. That's why I didn't have a proper camera to get a good shot of the torrential downpour (Extra).

I always admire day lilies but can't believe the blooms are going to have withered by tomorrow.
