I am Not Amoosed

A misty morning, then sunny, back to mist.  Windy all day, but fairly warm, considering. 

Still a couple of days holidays.  A morning puttering about the house, walkies with Sammy and more washing out.  Headed down to mam's in the afternoon.  A fine wind means no midgies, so I finally got the peat stack finished.  Last walkies before feet up for the night. 

Mam had been away in Glasgow with Megan, seeing Eve and friends, and with me away too, we needed a good catchup.  Mam was out when I first arrived, so I headed out for a brisk walk.  Thank goodness I came across this herd of cows, I was lacking inspiration with the dull day.  I tried petting them, but they were not amused, but didn't mind getting their photo taken.  A friendly cow smile, at Da Grey Stane o Greenmow, Cunningsburgh.
