Heddiw cwrddon ni â dau gyfaill o Fflandrys - Peter ac Annemie. Maen nhw wedi bod yng Nghaerdydd ar ôl enciliad yng Ngorllewin Cymru. Roedden ni wedi cwrdd â Peter o'r blaen, ond dyma oedd y tro cyntaf cwrdd â Annemie. Siaradon ni am Gaerdydd a gwnaethon ni'n gynnig ychydig o leoedd efallai y bydden nhw eisiau ymweld. Yn anffodus maen nhw'n mynd adre yfory felly does dim digon o amser gyda nhw i fynd i lawer o leoedd, ond yn gobeithio byddan nhw'n ôl yn y dyfodol.

Ym mis Hydref rydyn ni'n mynd i Awstria ar y trên. Ar ein ffordd yn ôl byddan nhw'n aros am ddiwrnod yng Ngwlad Belg. Yn gobeithio byddan ni'n cwrdd â Peter ac Annemie yno.

Today we met two friends from Flanders - Peter and Annemie. They have been in Cardiff after a retreat in West Wales. We had met Peter before, but this was the first time we had met Annemie. We talked about Cardiff and suggested a few places they might want to visit. Unfortunately they are going home tomorrow so they don’t have enough time to go to many places, but hopefully they will be back in the future.

In October we go to Austria by train. On our way back they will stop for a day in Belgium. Hopefully we will meet Peter and Annemie there.
