The banalities of my day

It was another super sunny and latterly very warm day - with the temperature getting up over 20 degrees, which was nice, but we barely feel the benefit in our north facing offices.... Actually, it's probably getting overwarm in those circumstances on the third floor of the building. I went outside into the quad a few times to get some sun on my face.

Anyway, I had a fairly banal day, pretty much captured in my banal photographs leading to a banal collage. I'm still resisting the roosting of the pigeons, which means clearing away the mess of the sticks they insist on bringing onto the balcony. Many of which have ended up on the courtyard. I had to go to the supermarket on the bike on the way home to get a few bits.... Managing to feed myself, more or less.

On a more positive note, I did a good peloton workout before breakfast and the numbers on the bike show some progress, which I was pleased to see (you don't get any data when you use the app on the iPad when using a non-peloton bike, so you just have to guess various things when following a class). I also slept pretty well.
