On a wet day
I was surprised to find what looked like a skinny little shield bug sheltering from the rain inside a half-opened buttercup this morning. Perhaps I've forgotten, but are they really that small? I can't tell you what kind it is (hawthorn? birch?) but I wished it a happy life.
BandParent (below) has just suggested, probably rightly , that it's actually the Lucerne Bug - Adelphocoris - but do let me know what you think
The main excitements of the day though were picking up a double duvet from the dry cleaners and sending off the invoices to the insurers for part of the conservatory shennanigans. Well at least it's done and I can now admit tiredness without those horrid little jobs nagging at me.
Another blood test tomorrow - goodee!!!
Have a peaceful/fun/sociable (delete as appropriate) evening, all xx
