Notes: Quiet slow-paced day, did some online work. Just before 1p, I decided to meditate on the spreading rash ... and woke up 2 hrs later! Had a work call so fed the dogs around 415p and then walked them. Dot poops pretty quickly but George takes longer and he continues to circle so sprays it like a poop-sprinkler! They both fervently kick up dirt and grass as they finish and this time George obliterated the last 2 flung poops with his kicking and got it on his legs. I threw him in the tub in the laundry room and gave him a quick wash-down. Have been thinking about it for Dot so she went right after - they both did well with that, thank goodness! Dried them off as well as I could but they both ran wet footprints all over and rubbed their faces on the couch and chair! LOL. Was supp to be a 15min call w/ Michelle D then but went close to an hour. Quiet night then of some shows.
