Notes: Woke thru the night from about 230-5am (ish) - finally turned on the tv and watched some Cheers. Got up then a bit before 7a, fed and walked dogs, did some stretches and bits of the qigong & yoga (with the help of 2 little dogs all over me and the mat! LOL). Took a quick rinser and then left about 845a for pickleball, went by the mailbox first. Played from 9a till after 1p, tho wasn't my best day - tired and the rashes are raging, really bad. Got back and took another shower, made coffee since I didn't do it this morning. Online for a bit then, head had started a slow dull pressure at pickleball and continued once I got back. Went to bed early.
