Cauliflower couscous

Delighted to use some herbs from the veg. patch in this (basil & chives).

Wish I had also grown the cauliflower, carrots, and red pepper, but alas, not so. A quick blitz in the fod processor makes light work of crumbing the hard veggies into a rice-like consistency which won't give you jaw ache to eat raw.

A dressing of tumeric, oil, miso, and capers, left to work their magic for an hour or so, make this an appetising meal.
