Common English Ivy
Cloudy, but no frost today. No wind, calm before the storm. Partner organised wee Ziggy's cremation in the morning. Then we went for a wee walk around the park. Along the way, I spot this colourful ivy on a tree. This is Hedera Helix, common English (or European!!) Ivy. We stop off to buy a couple of things at the local shop before heading home. Then we realise there is a local council election today. So we opt to do this after I have finished work for the day.
A bit breezier for the short afternoon walk to the polling station, but definitely not storm force just yet. Traffic is quite busy as we head up the hill. After voting, we walk home via the park to up our step count for the day.
During the evening there really is a calm before the storm. Not a branch moving.
