The Wet S-Path

Breezy to start, but dry. It doesn't look that bad. However it clouds over, and lights go back on for a while as it starts raining cats and dogs. Storm Jocelyn has arrived. Very persistent for hours, there's no chance of a walk at the normal lunchtime slot. But it does go off significantly after my lunch and I managed a quick walk around the block. The S-Path is glistening, having been cleaned that morning and remaining mud has been the washed away by the heavy rain. No leaves to slip on.

The afternoon is interspersed with short sunny spells and long and heavy bursts of rain. Partner and I step out for a late afternoon walk as the last shower passes overhead. We are treated to a lovely sunset, shame i left the camera at home.
