The Mere

Katie and I had a leisurely morning- headed into town to the bank, moved some money around, so that we could book our tickets to a hugely exciting gathering of blippers for a fellow blippers very special day next weekend, we are seriously excited! We had a ccino, some snacks and enjoyed walking in the sun.

We got a late morning train to Scarborough. Katie had a very relaxed and happy few hours with my parents at the Mere. She pretended to be a seagull, she invented a game on these steps, she fed geese and ducks, chatted with a fisherman, ate lots of snacks, walked round the lake and hunted blue dragon flies and of course finished with an ice cream. All of which ended just as mummy pulled up to fabulously big snuggles.
