It's a love-heat relationship really

I had a feeling this evening that my toes were cold, even in my socks, and then I thought, "Hang on, let me get my high-tech device – beepbeepbeepbeepbeep – look at that, they're freezing!"

Five years ago today I was doing my thermography certification.  I remember getting up each day at stupid o'clock in the morning to cycle to work, collecting a car and driving across the bridge to the venue in time practically for breakfast, going at it until teatime and then driving back to work and cycling home.  My brain just about melted that week, but the ITC was happy!

Today at the controls was nothing so grand but it lasted plenty long enough and I was glad to finish up, having had an early start too.  I made another using-up-stuff stir fry for tea, this time with teriyaki sauce, and it was great.
