Seeing Beyond Looking

Through the Looking Glass: Abstract

Well actually it's through a big structured glass serving plate.which creates pretty designs as I handheld it over part of my flowers: the yellow and red Hibiscus, two pink Geraniums, orange Gaillardia and green leaves, white Edelweiss, Coreopsis.
Because the plate was heavy, it was easier to use my iPhone rather than my heavy Fujifilm.

Unfortunate happening of the day: I broke my tabletop Rowenta fan. I got up to take my coffee mug into the kitchen to wash up, tripped over the wire and the fan came crashing down from the stool. I saved my china mug. I took the fan apart and removed one of the plastic blades which had snapped off, put it together again, but it vibrates and trembles as it turns. I must take it apart again and see if I can fix the problem. If I can't, I will go downtown tomorrow morning to look for the same fan which is small and ideal to move around from living-room to bedroom and I like it at night when it's still impossibly hot and set it on silent slumber mode.

Extra: another take that I quite like because it's decentralized (if that is the correct term). The colour interest is not in the centre of the frame. This one is of my brighest pink Geraniums and the Edelweiss.
